I enjoyed every thing about this facility and the work load. No day is typical it varies according to the clients homes you visit or the clinics you worked in. I enjoyed the flexibility of seeing clients in their true environment because this allowed me as the clinician to see the entire client.
I learned that a clinician has to always be flexible and willing to constantly stay aware of the latest techniques.
Proactive did provide a vast amount of continue education classes. Pros the free continue education classes. Cons no health care and compensation changed. Flexible work schedule. Great opportunity to keep skills current. I have enjoyed working as an Independent Consultant for this organization.
